His Harvest is privileged to partner with Hope For All Nations, a grassroots ministry reaching out to our refugee community in Caboolture, Queensland.

Hope For All Nations began with one volunteer assisting the South Sudanese community facing numerous socio-economic challenges surrounding language, education, housing and employment. Today a group of six to eight volunteers now provide benevolent relief to numerous refugee and migrant families living in Caboolture.

In Caboolture the dominant refugee community are from South Sudan. Refugees face many challenges in accessing the enormous opportunities that living in Australia can provide. Adjusting to a foreign culture while unable to navigate through government bureaucracy to access available services can frequently be exacerbated by the added challenges around education, English literacy, limited skills or work history.

  • Assistance and advocacy with accessing government services including Centrelink, Medicare, Schools, Medical Services.

  • Educational support for adults and children when English is the second language.
