The heart of TTN is for the lost of Africa; reaching the people wherever they are- in the swamps, on the rivers, in villages, the cities, towns, hopsitals and schools. TTN preaches the Gospel, making disciples, planting churches and raising leaders. TTN and their partners, build and renovate rural clinics, equip hospitals and provides medical outreaches to remote villages. TTN builds and renovates schools in remote areas, resources education, sport and feeding programs so that children can access education within their own community. TTN uses its resources to equip people with a sustainable livelihood for poverty stricken families, fund small business loans, mentor entrepreneurial potential and offer enterprise support services.

His Harvest endeavours to partner with TTN Ministries in the transport of shipping containers from Australia to Africa containing medical and educational supplies which include:

Hospital beds
Medical supplies such as crutches and walking frames
Medicine
Operating and theatre equipment
Antenatal, perinatal and postnatal equipment to equip antenatal, birthing and postnatal clinics
Dental equipment to equip dental clinics
Educational supplies.
